What data we process
Visits to the website
The server hosting the website automatically logs basic data about every request: IP address, date and time, page address, referring address, and browser and device type. We use this data only to keep the website working correctly and securely and to detect abuse. We do not use it to track visitors or build profiles. It is kept for a limited time and then deleted.
When you contact us
There are no forms on the website. If you email or call us, we process the data you give us yourself, such as your name, email address, phone number, company name and the content of your message. We use it to reply to you and, if it comes to that, to prepare and carry out our cooperation. We keep correspondence for as long as it is needed for that purpose or as required by law.
Cookies
The website does not set cookies for visitors and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
Third-party services
- Google Fonts. Fonts are loaded from Google servers, so your browser sends Google its IP address and browser details when it loads them. More in the Google privacy policy.
- YouTube. Some news posts contain an embedded video. We use privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), but the video is still loaded from Google servers. When you play a video, YouTube may set cookies and process data under its own rules.
- LinkedIn and Facebook. The buttons for sharing news posts are plain links. Nothing is sent to these networks until you click them.
Google may process data outside Serbia, including in the USA. Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
The website is hosted by a hosting provider that processes data only on our instructions. We do not sell or share data with others, except where required by law.
Legal basis
We process data in accordance with the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection (Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia, No. 87/2018). Logging visits and loading third-party services are based on our legitimate interest in running the website securely and correctly. Data from correspondence is processed to answer your inquiry and to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Your rights
Regarding your data, you have the right to:
- find out whether we process it and receive a copy,
- request correction of inaccurate or completion of incomplete data,
- request erasure or restriction of processing,
- object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- receive the data you have given us in a structured format (portability).
Send your request to office@bordi.co. We will reply within 30 days at the latest.
If you believe the processing is not lawful, you can lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, Bulevar kralja Aleksandra 15, 11000 Belgrade.
Changes
We update this policy when the way the website processes data changes. The current version is always on this page, with the date of the last update at the top.
